Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your FurryPetsStore purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food and treats from our Feeding & Water category
  • Used health and grooming products from our Health & Wellbeing section
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item
